Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
