Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Simply choose your item, select your size, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as supported digital payment options at checkout.


Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Processing times are typically 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Do your products shrink?
Our garments are pre-shrunk, but we recommend washing cold and air drying to maintain the best fit.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
